This Saturday afternoon workshop explores new creative possibilities with slower, more mindful painting. In this workshop, you’ll learn how to:

• Paint with a palette knife for dynamic texture
• Use modelling paste to build depth and sculptural effects (impasto)
• Experiment with engraving to scratch, carve and reveal hidden layers

COLLAGE YOUR VERY OWN PORTRAIT!

Collage Portrait Masterclass

Explore layering, shape and colour to make your own unique portrait inspired by modern collage art.

You’ll be guided step by step through designing a portrait, cutting and assembling shapes, and experimenting with composition using paper, paint and mixed media.

By the end, you’ll leave with a finished collage portrait that’s all your own. Bring a portrait photo to make it more personal or use ours!

Join us for a special summer workshop Watercolour & Wine in the Park—a casual two-hour outdoor painting session for all skill levels at Der Garten in Prater Park. You’ll paint the landscape from your surrounding or from provided templates, guided by professional artists in a relaxed setting. We provide all the materials, including one drink! No experience needed—just come ready to try something new, enjoy the fresh air, and have fun with paint.
